What materials can BPS extrude?
We can extrude custom plastic profile from the following:
- Rigid and Flexible PVC
- ABS
- Polystyrene (HIPS)
- Polyethylene (PE)
- Polypropylene (PP)
- Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE)
- Other Materials – By request
Do you have the capability to co-extrude or tri-extrude?
Yes, co-extrusions and tri-extrusions are a competency of BPS.
What is the typical charge for tooling?
Cost for tooling has a big range depending on the profile. BPS, like most custom extruders, does not charge for tooling but for engineering and sampling. The tool is an asset of BPS and the customer owns the proprietary production rights to the tool. Contact us with a new question.
