Position Descriptions:

Extrusion Operator and Extrusion Supervisor

An employee in this position is responsible for the efficient operation of extrusion equipment. This position is an apprentice role spent in a training capacity in a training program and working closely with experienced operators in line operation. The position reports directly to a shift leader with guidance provided by experienced extrusion operators.

Factory Floor worker

An employee in this entry level job class is responsible for packaging, labeling and transferring of finished product from an extrusion line. Initially with assistance from more experienced staff and operators this position is also responsible for general assembly in off line cutting, punching and welding. The position reports directly to a shift leader.
